Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir, when a man harass by his wife and he is separated from his wife 2 years. He can live in relationship with widow women. It offence or legal. So I can live with widow women . My previous wife not claim me or objection to me if I live with another women as live in relationship.

please divorce your wife before entering into any relationship. you are being unfair to both the women and it seems you want to avoid taking the responsiblity.
