Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi sir I was married at age of 17 against my wish forcefully to my aunt son who is uneducayed and alcholic i stayed with him for 3years which was hell now I am 29..I HV child of 10 years..with lot of struggle I am alone taking care of him. I want to file for divorce need to know the fees and time duration as there family keeps troubling me and threatening that they will take away my son.please help and guide me. Thank you
