sir i got married on Apr 29th 2012, after 3 months she and her father sexually harassed me(in terms of words).so i applied for divorce under 13 a. and
i have not taken any dowry or etc.
i filed a petition first ( in district A) in order to save my family which she was not knowing at that time.
She is working in nationalized bank ( district B) my questions are
1. regarding the compensations
2. whether she is eligible to claim my own property (40*60 site ) which i purchased before marriage i.e. in 2011 and she has not any kind of contributions .
3. is it possible to transfer a case from one district A to another district B.

1. She may be entitled to return of her 'istridhan' and alimony.
2. She may not get any of your properties made prior to marriage.
3. Transfer of case will depend upon judicial decision of the higher courts.
she can transfer the case to his native place. but cannot claim maintenance.
