Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir, i was married on dec 2012, it was an arranged marriege. husband is working at dubai and i am working on my native place. after marriage 15 days he was with me.after 6 months he came for 40 days leave and i became pregnant. now i have a baby girl of 6 months and not yet he is back to see us. he and his family is demanding now to give my child to mother in law and i have to go for job from my home. he cant consider me as his wife and they are in need of a child through this marriage. i am not ready to give my child so they are not at all contacting me and no response to my calls. my ornaments belongs to mother in law. how can i proceed with this issue... please help me..
