Legal Question in Family Law in India

hello Sir,

I got married in feb'2008. My in-laws put pressure to do job. i did all whatever they wanted. I lived with in-laws not with my husband. once i refused to do job in in-laws place, and shown my interest to go with my husband than they thrown out me from their house in Sep'2014 and my husband beaten me also. once I tried to go back in their house but they not allowed me enter to their house. I have 6+ years old girl child, who is with them. when they thrown me out at that time i didnt have a single coin with me, infact my all Ids, documents all things of mine are with them. My family also lives in same place.. so it was easy to go to my parents home. i reached to my parent's home. Many times my parents and relatives have been try to talk with them, but no luck.

From that day I am trying my daughter to come with me. but my in-laws not allowed. even i didnt listen her voice since that day. sometimes neighbors tried to talk me with her. but in-laws stopped that thing also.

Now situation is this, that my father in law, mother in law and brother in law are in jail under dahej hatya case of my devrani.

This time my husband is a single person in that house for take care of my daughter and devrani's son, but still he is not giving my daughter back to me.

Police support is zero.No luck to solve issue by relatives. Now I decided to file case for guardianship. i am more educated than my husband and doing job this time.

So please tell me what chances are to get custody of my 7 yr girl child. I don't need any compensation from them. But I need my daughter.

please help me Sir.
