Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir I am married man having 2 kids of age 7 and 2 respectively. my wife died a 6 months ago. I am loving a girl who is unmarried and from other caste. I am obc and she is general. she is ready to marry me. she says her relative are very strong and can harm us after marriage. Sir guide me what to do and what are legal precautions that we should take to avoid family causes of me.

you are not alone that you can run away and get married. you have a responsibility of two kids as well. in case marriage can be solemnized in a peaceful manner, you may go ahead otherwise opt just to take care of your kids.
