Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi sir I got married 9 months back, I used to work in Australia, after marriage we both went to U.S as I am on dependent visa on her I can't work. After couple of months we came back to india, after coming back she filed a case on me and my family members that we are harassing her and we tried to kill her, the fact is she never stayed with us. And we both never had a physical relationship also. I stayed in a jail for 20 days. Day by day there harassment is increasing. I lost my job in Australia as she filed a case on me I can't go back until it finish. To compromise they are asking 20 lakhs where we can't afford. She is working in India and earns 1.5 lakh every month. Today I got dvc letter from them, I am jobless here. What I have to do now.

Your situation a serious. Try to negotiate a compromise otherwise you will keep facing litigation which is very expensive and time consuming.
