Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir, i am being married from past 9 yrs now. Due to the torture of my husband and his family member i couldn't live a peaceful, happy married life for these many years. And we have a girl child as well. Right from past 4 yrs me and my child are staying in my mothers place under the maintenance of my brother. I came out from my husband due to his regular torture and irresponsibility, i couldn't tolerate his physical abuse on me this time so i had to forcibly come out where i was carrying my child of 7 months in my womb. From the day i came out he didn't turned back to us still now, not even he called us. And he didn't even cum to see our child on the delivery day in-spite of informing him as well. He abused my brother on informing him on this. I'm not getting a single penny from him still now for our maintenance. If i try calling to him he will never respond and he puts his number to not reachable. I want to get rid of this legally and i also want maintenance for my child and mine living as we don't have a proper support. And i also want to get rid of him and his irresponsible life and torture. So pls guide me what can i do and what can be done for this issue.

Dear client file police complaint against him under sec 498 a for physical torture. Also file domestic violence case for mental harassment and ask compensation.
