Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir, I have got married in 2012 and now we have a son (3yr completed and 4th year started), several times me and my wife had arguments and she doesn't have patience and she want to have things in her favour and she does not give any kind of respect to my mother and other family members. She abuses in filthy language. She now left my home and staying with her parents. Now the problem is I have lost my marital life which I'm not bothering much as even I'm not interested to continue with her but I'm much worried about my son's future. For this reason I have compromised much myself and tried to adjust to her attitude but it was not successful. Now I want to make sure that my kid should get proper education and care, financially I'm in better position compared to my in-laws. I don't think they will take care about my kids education just they want to take revenge/torchure me by not letting me to look after my son. I have paid school fees and bought books for his LKG and in summer holidays she left home. Now Please advice me that whether can I approach the court to ensure that my son to get right education and his basic needs. I'm ready to pay for that and at least once in a week I should be able to spend some time with my kid. Please advice me in this. I Just want my kid to get right education, food, and other basic necessities.
