Sir I am a married woman.i got some jewellery from my parents at the time of marriage and my husband changed to new jewellery also he gave me some jewellery after marriage .Now our relationship is

strained and he is pressurising me

to give him the jewellery otherwise

he will file an fir alleging to have

stolen the jewellery can he do so.

dear client he cannot do like that. if he file f i r it will not sustain. on the other hand u can file police complaint for dowry harassment under sec 498 a for any legal help call me on 9422611385
