Sir I am a married woman.i got some jewellery from my parents at the time of marriage and my husband changed to new jewellery also he gave me some jewellery after marriage .Now our relationship is

strained and he is pressurising me

to give him the jewellery otherwise

he will file an fir alleging to have

stolen the jewellery can he do so.

no he certaily cannot lodge an FIR against you on the grounds mentioned above .The jwellery given by him to you is your Stri dhan.
