Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello sir,
After getting marry within 3months she filed 498A, and that case was acquittal after 4.5years, after that she filed divorce and maintenance case, in that she mentioned she is just intermediate passed and not doing any job. So she demanded 20k per month and 7.5lakhs cash. My marriage is love and my parents not accepted. But I submitted the her graduation certificate and also her appointment letter with job ID card. Already 3.5years completed still my case is going.
Please tell that I have to pay maintenance or alimony. My in hand salary is 18000.

If she has a job and you do not have any child, no maintenance may be required. However, it will all depend which way the court decides.
