Sir mera beta 4 saal ka hai meri wife mujhe chod gayi hai kya mai apne bete ko us se le sakta ho.ager mai bachey ke liye case karo to kha karu.mai noida aur meri wife punjab ki hai

Being father you can claim custody of the child. Case shall be filed at Punjab where wife is residing. Consult a lawyer.

aap bacha claim kar sakte hai but jahan bacha reh raha hai, aap ko us city me case dalna padega.
