Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Sir, meri begum naraz ho k ja chuki hai and bachay bhi chor gai hai 2 months ho chukay...ab vo khula lay k mugh si bachay lena chahti hai (eik bachay ki age 8 and 2nd ki almost 7 year hai) vo es had tak ja chuki hai k vo kehti hai mughy tou talak ho chuki hai jo k bilkul jhout hai , and raha bachay tou main kisi surat nahi dena chahta please guide me what i do ???? Thanks
