sir ! meri shadi 2003 me hui thi.2007 se meri patni aur mein alag -alag rah rahe hai aur mera beta bhi uske saath hai.Usne mujh par 498,D.V.,125 wale kai false cases bhi kiye hai.Hamara divorce ka case bhi chal raha hai.Abhi thode din pahle mujhe pata chala hai ki usne second shaadi bhi kar lee hain.Ek taraf wo mujhse bhaari alymony chahti hai aur divorce nahi deti to doosri taraf shaadi bhi gupchup kar lee hain.court ko shaadi ka proof chahiye aur isme uski call detail help kar sakti hai par judge call detail nahi dila rahe hai.Kya mein RTI ke tahat TRAI me call detail le sakta hoon.Uska airtel ka mobile no. hai.Airtel wale bhi direct detail nahi dete hai.Kya karoon please advice

how can you establish marriage on the basis of call details?? she can be friends with a person.to establish bigamy you need many proof like photograph evidence of the pundit who solemnised the marriage and many such factors.
