Mai kaise or kitna hak le Sakti hu.plz help ,mera 2saal ka beta b h.

You are entitled to compensation for living expenses; you can file civil as well as a criminal case, if your dowry / wedding articles are not returned by your in-laws; It is primarily duty of your husband to provide you adequate maintenance as per his own standard of living.
