Legal Question in Family Law in India

hello sir.

3 months back i got married to a boy in M.P.everything seems to be good and evryone seems to be happy with this marriage bt after few days my marriage my husband and my in laws start harassing me they use to torture me mentally

and my husband left the city after 1 week of marriage as he was doing job in Rajasthan and stop talking to me and whenever i call him he use to talk shit with me and ask me for the money from my parents. they harassed me such a way that i got ill and no one treated me medically then my parents come to that place and after talking to my inlaws i come with my parents for 10 days. but after that neither my husband nor any one come to take me back and when my parents went to there place to left me there they jst refuse..they insulted my parents and me and said they dont want me to live there as my parents could not satisfied their greed then after coming back to my home place i and my parents file an FIR against them in women cell but from last one month no serious actions have been taken against them.women cell fix the meetings and my inlaws jst ignores that and jst use to call them and said we r not getting leave from our work so we cant come. me and my family are getting suffered only they dont have any mark of shame even.please help me what shroud i do now because i am suffering mentally and physically each day my parents and relatives are also suffering from mental tention..

plz if you can help me then plz suggest what should i do so that i can get the justice for my pain.

You have a very good case in your favour. Just wait and watch and let the police to work on the case their own way. However, you may keep persuading the police to support your complaint. You may also consider filing a complaint before the National Commission for Women at New Delhi. If you do not get relief from the police or the NCW, you may consider filiing a criminal complaint before the local court.

These situations are time consuming. Do not get disheartened.
