hello sir,
1.myself and she residents of city B
2. our native is city A.
3. Due to some misunderstandings i applied a divorce pettion in city A and she came and signed for mutual agreement
2. after tat, she filed a false pcr in city B and still it is running in the court.
3. Again , in city A she filed a womens protection violence act 2005 against my family
i dont know wat to do
plz help me she is playing with my life.

file quashing of complaint as your mutual divorce is pending.
note quashing is very tough so be careful while hiring expert advocate.
