Legal Question in Family Law in India
Sir i an Orphan girl and my father buy three flats on my name and I have the flats documents in my possession but my step mother want's to through out of my property, just tell me does my step mother and her son who is not my father's real son have any right on these flats, although these all flats are on my name...please tell me how and where should I claim for my property....Thank You a lot.

dear client yr step mother cannot take yr property but u can complaint with women cell if they threats u or complaint to police about it. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
