SIR I AM PASTOR IN CHURCH . my WIFE is advocate last year she filed 498a .after few months she demanded for money to withdraw case 498a .afte that i gave her 100000. after that she comprise and withdraw the case of498a. BUT NOW SHE FILED FOR M.C 125 CRPC AND NOW IN PETETION SHE IS DEMANDING 30000/PM M.C THE THING IS WE ARE LIVING TOGETHER IN SAME HOUSE . AND THE THING IS ALL THIS M.C MATTER SHE IS DOING VERY SECRETLY EVEN I TOO DONT NO.RECENTLY IN APRIL 2016 I CAME TO KNOW .ALL THIS HAPPEN FROM 10 OCT 2015 .BUT NOW SHE FILED FOR M.C BY STATING AND TYPING ALL FALSE PROPERTY MENTION. SIR I AM PASTOR IN CHURCH .IDONT HAVE ANY PROPERTIES AND ASSESTS .PLEASE GIVE ADVICE SIR .I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL TO YOU .

1) Contest the case. Show ur income at the minimum based on religious offerings from devotees in church.

2) Court will decide based on ur income. Produce ur evidence if any returns filed in IT Dept etc.

3) File a reverse maintenance case against her if she has earnings and get alimony from her instead of ur paying.

4) Try to procure her bank statements and any other income proof like IT returns.

5) Dont worry. Pray and live happily. Nothing happens.
