Sir am pregnant and in September I have my delivery am at my mother's place for almost 2.5 months my husband didn't contact me as I came there in a very ill condition now I don't want to go back even after delivery so what about my child can he claim for child as he is not taking any responsibility

don't worry the child would remain with you because court never hands over the custody of suckling child to anyone other than the mother.
