Sir my question is i m separated from my husband and have my 2 year old son with me i want to immigrate out of Pakistan as i m doctor so how can i take my son? He lives with me and me n my husband are not living together we are not in talking terms with each other as he has married another woman.

You can move out of Pakistan without any hesitation if you husband has not filed any suit for the custody or right of visitation of the son. It would be an issue if your husband and you were in litigation against each other.

First file petition for guardian of your child and then in second phase court permit you to travel any where .
And without permission of court its not possoble .
