Sir, i just received notice from Arbitration Council Islamabad (coz my wife take khula) so please tell me what is that "Arbitration Council" ?
what he do? and if i not appear than what negative aspect on me?????

after the Khula, for the divorce effective certificate, Arbitration Council is the forum. So if you don't appear then there are chances that your option to reconcile may defeat.
