Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello sir,

Respected sir i am 1 year married person after on month of my marriage in car accident my wife become 1oo percent physical disability. She suffering from paraplegia she cant move. sir my age is 25 i want to do second marriage without divorce. my first wife says no & she cannot give me any permission for second marriage. Sir kindly help me to find out legal way of this problem as soon as possible.

Your only remedy is to first seek divorce from your first wife. If you want to support your first wife, you may do so even after divorce. Otherwise also, a divorced wife continues to be "legal wife" for the purposes of maintenance and your financial obligations towards her continues.
