thanks for the response. but I am still in trouble as on the basis of expert divorce my in-laws are forcing my husband to get marry to another girl of their religion as it was a special marriage. I have eight years old girl child and I want to stay with my husband but in-laws are not ready to accept me as because of religion. now my question is this any how I can take this divorce back so that I can stop him to go for other marriage as we had social marriage too both marriage dates are different. can this problem be solved if I register my social marriage. if yes then how can I do so. please suggest. thanks.
