Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

Am Sherin Iam facing a problem in my family.

my grandfather brought some land and with the help of my father they built a house on that land

later my father had some financial problems, at that time my grandfather register that land to my fathers brother name

and we are living on that house from last 24 years (fathers brother not staying there)

now my father died

so now my fathers brother tell us to leave that house without giving any shares

so what can we do now..?

any use for filing a petiton..?

need a reply its very urgent
