you can file a complaint under domestic violence act through the protection officer of your area. the name and number of protection officer can be had online after you mention your district and state. you can get protection orders against your in laws and your husband restraining them from committing any violence and you may also get maintenance for yourself and your child. before going ahead, you may seek intervention of your elders and try to settle the matter amicably.
