sir my sister got married in april 2015 , but upto now since marriage her husband beated her ,abused her verbally and physically , his family also supported him in doing so, they even called us many times and said take her away we shall get him again to some another girl, even they came to home and abandoned her, i with my sister took an advocate who prepared a report which i gave to local police station , they gave us a seal stamped on it, as a proof they got the complain, but it is not an fir, i am asking are we going in right direction , my sister do not want to go there again ,what is the procedure ahead
