Sir, My Sister get married last July 2013. It is arrange Marriage. After 01 month of marriage, her husband and other family member Mental Torture on her, they did not gave proper food. always use slang language, few days ago they insult us and return back to my home. Please tell me what should i do.

Dear client she can file dowry harassment complaint under sec 498 a against husband and in laws with police. She can file domestic violence case for mental harassment and ask compensation. She can also ask maintenance by filling case under sec 125 for herself. She can also file divorce on the ground of cruelty. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
