Sir, My Sister is 35 years old married women, she has two children one is 14 yrs son and 11 yrs daughter. She is getting mental and physical torture by her husband and sister-in-law since marriage and they also seek Dowry even then. She wants to leave her husband and get financially secure for her and her children. Need a legal advice?

file domestic violence case and she can claim maintenance for herself and for minors and she also can claim residential rights. She can also file police complaint u/s 406/498A IPC
