Legal Question in Family Law in India
sir i am staying at my parents house right from the birth of twins ie boy and girl.My husband never came to see my kids used to come once in a year.so the kids dont there father properly ,but at last in 2013 filed a case for conjual rights of marriage.At last it was settled that a house should be made in gulbarga and he should come every weekends to stay with his family.so since 1yr he was coming and know all of a sudden he say no he wont come and he wont pay any expenses .Know he has send a legal notice say to join him in 7 days or he will file for custody of the kids. so what should i do
