Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Sir Sub:Inheritance Islamic Succession Act in India.

I would be much grateful if you kindly guide me the following;

My wife before married was an Indian Citizen.Her father (Indian National)passedawy in India in 2008 leaving 3 sons and 4 daughters(including my wife).Now my wife is Pakistani national having all leagal documents.My Q is,is she entitled to get her shares from her father as per the above act after paying all the taxes to get her sahare.

yes, judicial conscience never restrict you from claiming your right of inheritance.. right of inheritance only cease to exit in two cases which is lacking in your case.. as i understand you confused with territorial jurisdiction of court and subject. which is not a big issue to be dealt with..
