If your wife has left you and don't want to come, you can file a petition u/s 9 of HIndu Marriage Act in which court may direct her to come back. But practically, this section does not serve any purpose. What is your actual problem?

Dear client sec 9 is for restitution of conjugal rights. If yr wife left u and u want to call her back then u have file case under sec 9 and have to call back her. For any legal help call me
