Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir, My wife is not agree to live with my parents and want to live with her parents with me. I have a child also of three months. She force me and threats in the behalf of her parents being rich, fake dowry case and suicide. I m studying now. My parents have capable to survive us very well till my job settlement. Please Gide me.
