Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir

i and my wife basically from same town 'A'. and we are working till today in another town B She harrased me a lot so i applied for divorce in my town(A),

She did mutual consent and every thing.

but after some days she files a PCR(contains some dowry, theft and bla bla ) in

town B I dont know wat to do i got a regular bail now police are investigating me

simply to totture me.

Police asking me to get the gold(which i have not took) to seize . I little bit worried about this kind of activity.

plz suggest me wat stepls should i take.

is your mutual consent divorce over??? if yes then did you specify that all claims have been settled??/ I will need to peruse the FIR and the mutual consent orders to advice you in the matter. contact 9312411481.
