Sir me and my wife decided for seperation.bcoz she is illitterate not understand what m saying.she just follow his parents...talk rudely....anyhow the problem is that we have 1.5 year old daughter.right now she us living with her...how i can take her permanently.bcoz my inlaws is very poor they cant afford her as they reported many times..so is there any solution which is helpfull for me to get daughter only...sicere advice will be pleasurable for me...thanks to all advisers in advance....God bless to all of us...Aameen..

the procedure is that we file a custody petition and after a detailed trial the court decide this matter, meanwhile i will suggest you to send the monthly maintenance for your daughter because it's always the duty of father to maintain his children. But as you mentioned that your in laws are not affording to keep her then in that situation try to get this issue settled out of court.
