sir my wife filed divorce petition on 8.10.12, i was exparte ,on 18.01.13 court granted expartee decree I filed setaside petion on 8.4.13 after 50 days of delay ,my wife have filed counter in IA on 5.12.13 in that they have not mention about second marriage, but i have heared that she contracted second marriage during that 50 days gap(19.01.13to7.4.13.) is that marriage is valid one after expartee divorce setaside means who is his legal husband can bigmay arise
