Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi sir, My wife said give me 7000 thousand Rs for every month for the kid. but i can not take care of your parents. & also not staying with my wife i am working 24 hours in my company as a care taker my salary is 17000 rs & my parents are old how can i manege this? please give me advice for this?

Do not become excited. Tell her and make her understand that parents can not be left behind as she think and just make her remember that and the the same thing will happen when your children grows up, they are seeing this and they will do same to both of you. Take the help of elders in both families and make her under and only that way the problem can be solved. As a wife, it is the duty of her to look after husbands parents, as per a recent court derision.
