Sir my wife left me after 1 month of marriage bcoz of illegal contacts.we filed nullity and missing case.after dt she filed 498a false case on me .Now after 4 yrs still case is running...plz advice me what to do?still nullity case is running&498a; still did not come for trail my lawyer is telling we wont win the nullity case. My father is retired and my mom is sick. What should I do?

On which ground have you filed nullity? And why the case is going on for 4 years? You have perhaps made a mistake by filing a nullity only. There is a provision for filing nullity and divorce seeking remedy in alternative.Contact for more detail.
