Sir can a women take divorce from her husband without his consent and if the husband refuse to give it what will happen next and how much time it will take and if women will marry somebodyelse without having the divorce from the earstwhile plz suggest me plz reply ur answer is of great importance for me

if any party refuses to consent to the divorce then the divorce is contested in the court and is decided on merits by the court. if during the subsistence of the first marriage then the said second marriage is void.for further query contact 9312411481.
