Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir my name is xyz. and I am a young orphan and educated girl from kurukshetra Haryana.My mother died when I was just 3 year old and later on my father married another women who was already divorced with a son with her from her previous husband. My father was a well educated man and was the manager of state bank of India, but my step-mother refused me as her daughter and i try many times to put a Rakhi on my step brother's hand, but he and her mother,(my step mother) din't allowed me to do this, and she started a lot of domestic violence with me, like Abusing me, beating me, and also punish me to take the food from that house, I din;t share all these things with my father, She din't allowed me for my further studies and mean while my father met with an accident and died on April 2013, she tried many times to put some poison in my food, she locked me for two or three days without any food. The main reason is that my Father had a lot of legal property and the house in which we were living is on my name, and my father also buy 3 more flats which are on my name and my step mother new it, that's why she tried to kill me so that she can grab my all property, and lastly she with the help of her son put a hand kerchief with some poisonous thing on it and kidnapped me some where in Haryana, and I was in the clutches of kidnappers for complete one month and after that Some how I escaped from there and Now I am some where in a village,..Please Please Please tell me whom should I contact and can I get all these flats which are on my name and other property, because i am the only next kin after my father...and I want to contact National Women Commission Delhi, would they help me or not and can I register a complaint against my step-mother and step brother....please help me if there is any one on line........
