sir ye pochna chahta ho k mere khilaf bache k kharcha ki decree hoi hy aur total kharcha almost 5 lakh jama ho gya hy (decree one sided yani ex party hoi jis ka mujhy pata nah ichala) magar mn phr bhi kharcha dene ko ready ho kiya ap bata sakty hn k agar adalat mn request ki jay k total kharche ki monthly installments kar dy to kitni installments ho sakti hn i mean har month minimum kitni amount ki installment kar de gi court?

Aoa,

Installments k liyay court has to take the consent of your wife also.. Ap decree ko set-aside kro or case contest kro ya out of court settlement kro.. [email protected]
