sir, I am 31years old. I had an affair marriage.but from the beginning of my marriage he tortured me. beat me in front of my in-laws. but they always support their son. my baby girl born on 2013 ,December. I tolerate everything thinking that everything will be ok. I give time to myself. he had affair with his classmates .. but now I can't stay with him for a moment. both of we want divorce. but they don't want to give daughter's custody. they threatened me telling that law will never help u. my husband forced me to sign in a white paper. I want my daughter stay with me. how do I get my daughter's custody? is law with me or not? I want my baby at any cost.

Thank you for your query. I am sorry to hear your condition. Please bear in mind that law is for everyone.
By virtue of being the mother, you are legally entitled to have custody of your daughter until she attains puberty and in such a case, your husband being the father of the daughter will be responsible for the maintenance of daughter. When your daughter becomes adult then your husband will be entitled to the custody of your daughter. However in any case husband and wife need to allow each other to see their child every now and then.
