sir i am 37 yr old woman.i was cheated and thrown out in 3 months pregnancy,my husband filed false section -9,but when i said i want to live with him,he withdraw the case,then i gave complaint in police station,and later they asked me to file domestic violence.he is not giving evidence in domestic violence case,now my child is 9 yr old.i am waiting for justice all these years.he had filed divorce case and he is refusing to give his statement in that ,i am being harassed for no fault of mine.he is living with a branch manager of axis bank,branch code-1228,preeti upadhyay,and had 2 kids with her,aged 4 yrs and 2 yrs .he has spoiled my child and my life.i am suffering in the hands of law.and he is even not returning my stridhan and money.
