Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

District court has given judgment in my DVC case as 2 lacs compensation and 6 k as monthly maintenance. Earlier Lower court has given 1000/- as maitenance on my appeal district court given the abv. its 2 months over he has not given sigle amount and he went to High court. In this High court will ask him to pay some amount or The district court judgement will keep aside by High court.

Their main prayer is TO CALL FOR THE RECORDS AND ALLOW THE ABOVE CRLRC SETTING ASIDE THE ORDER GIVEN BY DISTRICT COURT .

pl. tell me shall get compenstion and monthly maintenance or not

You may file an execution petition in district court and in case high court doesn't allow his petition then you can recover your amount.
