divorce case filed by husband . false Points which were submitted by husband in the petition and other applications. Now he started to give correct answers in the cross examination . for Example 1. about salary, 2. about Income Tax, 3. Other source of Income, 4. Age etc.
Q1� Can I file Perjury Or forgery on him for the above ?
