Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir

divorce case filed by husband . now it is at the stage of cross-examination of PW-1. My lawyer is not asking question in sequence at a point. I asked him to clarify points one by one and to show him faulter on each points during cross exam. but he says it will be done later in argument after cross examination of PW-1.

Q1--Is my lawyer correct?

In a pending court case, your lawyer is the best of situation and we should not comment on his working.

If you do not trust your lawyer, you are at liberty to engage another counsel of your choice.
