Husband filed divorce case in 2007 in Delhi. I got it transferred from supreme court to my residence in dist Sultanpur U.P. petitioner is now living at Noida U.P.. Cross has been started. Now I want to Shift myself in Faizabad U.P. but the case to remain in Sultanpur U.P.. If I shift in Faizabad U.P. then......

Q1-- Can the petitioner (husband) file for transfer the case to his Dist Noida?
