Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

Husband filed divorce petition and hiding his source of income,I am getting very less interim maintenance,I have filed for enhancement, his expenses are shown more than his income, I know his PAN No. and Car registration No only . He is a private company employee.

Q1-- How can I find out his sources of income.?

You should better engage an eminent lawyer practicing in the same court. The code of civil procedure provides for "interrogatories" as also "search and inspection". You may need to file appropriate application to gain the required information.

dear client first write letter to his company and ask salary statement of husband. if company reject to give it then file application in court and take directions that company must submit his salary statement. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
