Legal Question in Family Law in India

Greetings sir,

I want to apply for marriage certificate. I was married under-aged.

I got married at 02-Mar-2008 when I was 18 Years, 6 Months old and my spouse was 17 Years, 1 Month old.

We both were 16+.

Now its been 6 years, 11 months for our marriage and we have to kids.

My Birth date - 20-Aug-1989

Spouse Birth date - 09-Jan-1991

We are in same religion.

I kindly request you to tell me how can I get my marriage certificate and where I have to go to get it.
